Decorum Guidelines for GW67 google group

• 1. No personal attacks, accusations, verbal threats, harassment, insults, disparaging, degrading, or demeaning language.*

  2. No prejudicial, biased, or offensive language with respect to race, gender, ethnicity, physical ability, spirituality, sexuality, or age.*

  3. No speculation about another's motives or beliefs.

  4. Make a good faith effort to be factually correct.

  5. Messages to gw67@googlegroups.com should be addressed to the entire group. Side conversations and personal interactions should be done in private emails. A group member list on the Group List page. A list of all known emails was sent out in September 2017 after the reunion.

  6. When replying to a specific message or series of messages, it's OK to include selected elements of the original message(s) but best to delete irrelevant material. And when starting a new topic, either send a new email or compose a new accurate and thoughtful subject line and erase all quotes from the previous message(s).

* A member who repeatedly and offensively ignores guidelines, especially numbers 1 and 2, may be removed from the group or have their posting privileges suspended.
